Special attention can be paid to meals for children in terms of menu and preferential timing. Good quality milk is always available for children. A model of conservation management for the country and stradled by a huge swath of water, the Kabini river - Nagarahole stretches over 642 sq.kms and is home to tiger, panther, gaur, elephants, bear, deer, wild boar, wild dog and many birds. The park has some three thousand elephants, making sightings very common. Here one has the best chance of spotting the tiger in India! Nagarahole abounds in water holes and small lakes that are seasonally fed by the lashing monsoons.
