Ishwari Niwas was built during the reign of Maharao Ishwari Singh to house the dewan of Bundi. It was later turned into a guest house and today Ishwari Niwas is also the residence of Maharaos brother Maharaj Kesri Singh. A seventy year old building is the combination of Indian as well as European style of architecture. The rooms inside have been furnished comfortably and all modern amenities have been provided. Spend your evening sitting around the fountain, under the star-studded sky of Rajasthan. In 1945, Ishwari Niwas was handed over to Kesari Singh, the maharajas brother, for his residence. The Ishwari Niwas Haveli is built in a very traditional fashion - 20 spacious rooms around a courtyard where tables and chairs are arranged around a small fountain for the guests to lounge. The peaceful town is also famous for the Hada Rajputs, miniature paintings, beautiful nature and is often called the city of stepwells. The Haveli was built during the reign of Maharao Raja Ishwari Singh forthe Diwan of Bundi. It was later turned into a guest house and today it is also the residence of Maharao Rajas brother Maharaj Kesri Singh Hada. Around hundred years old building is the combination of Indian as well as European style of architecture. The rooms inside have been furnished comfortably and all modern amenities have been provided.
